Bristol's Garden Center is not responsible for any/all damages done to driveways, parking lots, etc. due to the delivery of bulk stone, mulch, top soil or compost that customer has instructed us where to deliver or dump
Any bulk product that has been over ordered will not be picked up or reimbursed
Any and all claims must be made within 24 hours of pick-up or delivery, and before bulk stone, mulch, top soil or compost is spread or landscaped

Merchandise is placed on the right or left hand side of garage
Drivers are not permitted to place or drive merchandise around lawns, due to the weight of trucks and materials

Delivery charges are non-refundable on replacement items. If your replacement item needs to be delivered, another delivery charge will be required by customer
Any merchandise that has been over-bought by customer and needs to be picked up by our driver will require a delivery charge and labor cost to be paid by customer
Any and all claims must be made within 24 hours of pick-up or delivery, and before items are planted and/or landscaped
Delivery Policy
We cannot guarantee a delivery time. Please schedule your delivery for the day PRIOR if you need your product first thing in the morning.
Customer does not need to be home for the delivery.
Driver will only call with questions/problems.
Firewood, bulk and bagged material will be dumped onto the driveway in the place indicated. Stacking is an option for an additional stacking fee.
Trees and Shrubs will be placed in the driveway, directly off of the truck. If customer needs the plant material moved to a different location, it will accrue an additional placement fee.
Drivers are not authorized to drive on lawns. Delivery location must be a paved surface. Occassional exception with signed waiver. Please inquire by calling.
All claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery, prior to planting or spreading of mulch, soil, compost or stone. We HIGHLY encourage customers to see the product in person prior to ordering. Once delivered, all sales are final.
Bristol’s Garden Center is not responsible for damage done to customer’s property due to delivery dumped in location indicated by customer.
Delivery fee is not guaranteed. If your original Nursery plant(s)/shrub(s) were delivered, any replacement plants delivered will accrue a delivery charge.
